Alleluya Band established in 1978 under the motto “singing life with joy”, clocks 35 years of living by its mission of preaching the Gospel through artistic music.
Sir Paul Banda, Lucius Banda ‘Son of the Poor Man’, Charles Sinetre, and Coss Chiwalo, are some of the names that put Balaka on the map in terms of music. All these celebrities are some of the products of Alleluya Band.
Scheduled at Zuc lodge in Balaka on the 31st March is one of the many activities to celebrate the Alleluya Band’s 35th Anniversary. Andiamo on this occasion intends to recognize the Veterans of the band as heroes. We meet at Zuc Lodge at 1 in the afternoon.
