Pump prices for fuel have gone up with an average of about 10 per cent. A statement from Malawi Energy Regulatory Authority (Mera) says that effective Wednesday, 23 October, petrol now is selling at K736.60 from K680.80; diesel is at K730.80 from K657.40; and paraffin for industrial use has gone up to K603 from K535.50.
