As per terms in the agreement between Andiamo Trust and Cooperativa Muratori e Braccianti di Carpi (CMB), they agreed that CMB will provide funds for trainings to heads of sections. This point is being put in effect when every day comes.

The seminar which was run from Friday, the 22nd of May to Sunday, 24th May it is a clear testimony that CMB is keen in reforming Andiamo in terms of Management and leadership in all heads of sections. The seminar was attended by ten heads of sections of all corners of Andiamo. These are in likes of education institutions, health department (Comfort Clinics) and administrative figures.

Upon completion of the seminar it is expected that heads of sections will put into effect skills acquired and gradual change is realized in different sections in terms of leadership and management. The seminar was masterminded by Master Dicks Mfune from Blantyre.

Professor Mfune has a chain of degrees obtained in different institutions. He has a degree in Master of Public Management obtained at Bocconi University, Milan, Italy; Bachelor of Arts Public Administration obtained at University of Malawi, Chancellor College, Zomba, Malawi and Higher National Diploma obtained at Malawi Polytechnic/ABE (UK). He has also worked with several department both government and private sector. Therefore imparting knowledge in Andiamo’s counterparts from experiences gained in all the corners of life in administration scenario.
