A volleyball and netball tournament that started last week engrossed Andiamo to Balaka and Bakhita secondary schools, was coming to an end today in the morning. It was organized by Andiamo staff however it went in favor of Balaka secondary school, which scooped all top positions.

“It has served the purpose of uniting us with fellow counterparts, and has prepared the teams, all in all we are all winners because we have gained a skill in one way or the other”, says Mr. Dennis Phiri consoling the losers. The bonanza has prepared the students into the Presidential initiative for sports in volleyball which will be launched soon.

Balaka secondary school turned out champs of netball seconded by Balaka Hawks. Andiamo students grabbed a second place after being beaten by Balaka secondary in volleyball.
