Once every year, Andiamo Trust celebrates the successes that are achieved at the campus, on the other hand the Cooperative thank God for all the good things attained in the in their oneness. What a coincidence! This year’s function was doubled by Silver Jubilee of two families; Marco & Michella but also Alessandro & Anna from Italy. These Italian friends have made history in Andiamo’s life since they officially opened some important developmental infrastructures that Andiamo and its partners built. They opened Chimwemwe nursery school at Mbera and Chikhulupiliro Clinic at Kapandatsitsi. All the celebrations started with a high mass cerebration in the morning led by Padre Mario Pacifici own Andiamo Founding Trustee. After the mass, it was the time when all the members of Andiamo and all invited guests had to wine and dine waiting to resume in the afternoon for other activities. It was this precious time when the Italian friends (Marco & Michella, Alessandro & Anna) had to know how African marriage ceremonies are celebrated. They were given different gifts for them to remember Malawi where ever they may go. It was also this time where by two men and two women were awarded gifts for being hard workers of the year at the Cooperative. This is done to make others to be inspired and to enhance devotion among the Cooperative members. The ceremony was greatly honored by the presence of Balaka District Commissioner, Balaka Police Officer incharge and Parish priest of Balaka Catholic church. Web Office
